On Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., the Severáček Children’s Choir will give the so-called Concert for the Trees and open the 65th season with all choir generations singing together. The event will take place in Park Jiřiny a Milana Uherkových in Liberec, but only if the weather is good.
The program includes Broučci zpěváčci, Plamínek, Koncertní sbor Severáčku and former choir members. A total of three trees - a linden, an oak and an ash - in the Park Jiřiny a Milana Uherkových, which commemorate the choir founder and conductor Petr Pálka, received new "poetic notes". Since 2018, when they were planted, the trees have also grown noticeably larger.
