Of course we are starting the morning in Upper Lusatia with a good coffee. And if we invite you to brunch, the rooster has crowed at least three times already. The eggs from the neighbour's chickens land in the boiling water or fresh sunny-side-up in the frying pan; if you wish we'll scramble them, too. The rolls are freshly baked and toppings are abundant for all tastes. And if you like the idea of eggs, we recommend our "Upper Lusatian Farmer's Breakfast" (Oberlausitzer Bauernfrühstück).
