The show imaginatively combines the seemingly unconnected - animated puppet film and live-action speech - and humorously develops an anecdotal plot about how two handymen go on a journey to travel the world's countryside, and end up discovering that home is the best anyway.They travel by train, fly by plane, head into space, take a boat, find themselves on the sea floor battling a terrifying tentacle, but when they finally arrive at their dream hotel room in a seaside resort, their only concern is to remodel the impersonal hotel room to be as much like home as possible.
